SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage of the
Customer Registration Database on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 from 4:45 PM to
5:25 PM.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  Tuesday, June 3, 2008 from 4:45 PM to 5:25 PM

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage of the Customer
Registration Database on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 from 4:45 PM to 5:25 PM.
This outage was the result of a processing issue within the Enterprise
Application Integration application.  ERCOT has taken the necessary
steps to resume transaction processing.  814_20s were not impacted by
this issue.
