SHORT DESCRIPTION: UPDATE - Ongoing unplanned outage of ERCOT systems
INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED: December 3, 2012, 01:08 CPT - current
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT continues to work to resolve the system outages that began at 01:08 CPT on December 3, 2012. The currently impacted systems include, but may not be limited to:
* Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Application
* ERCOT.com - manual postings
* MarkeTrak
* MIS - Create Settlement Dispute
* MIS - Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC) application
* MIS - Retail application components, including Find ESIID and Find Transaction
* MIS - Service Request
* Remedy - Help Desk ticket creation
* Retail API
* Retail Transaction processing
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT will be holding a Retail Market Call at 16:30 Central Prevailing Time (CPT) today to discuss these outages. Details of the call will be provided in a separate Market Notice.
