SHORT DESCRIPTION: Retail Transaction Processing and MarkeTrak experienced an unplanned outage on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 from 14:16 to 16:00. Find ESIID and Find Transaction were also unavailable from 14:16 to 16:38.

DAY AFFECTED: June 18, 2013
LONG DESCRIPTION: Retail Transaction Processing and MarkeTrak experienced an unplanned outage on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 from 14:16 to 16:00. Find ESIID and Find Transaction were also unavailable from 14:16 to 16:38.
All impacted services have been restored and are now operational.
The root cause was a retail application services interruption due to database resource issues.
