SHORT DESCRIPTION: Resolved - MarkeTrak system experiencing processing issues

DAY AFFECTED: November 22, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has resolved the issue impacting assignment of ownership to MarkeTrak Issues via the API and the creation of new users in the User Interface. A misconfiguration was identified the evening of November 22, 2014 and at this time all expected functionality has been confirmed in production.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Market Participant Administrators should resume the creation of new users via the Add User workflow per the MarkeTrak User's Guide.

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT's MarkeTrak system is currently experiencing processing issues in two areas of functionality:
* API issues are intermittently being reported affecting the assignment of ownership. We are working directly with those users on a resolution to the errors.
* Market Participant User Administrators are intermittently unable to complete creation of new users.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: If you are a Market Participant MarkeTrak Administrator and need a user created before a resolution is reported, please contact [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> with all pertinent information.
